Internship & Short Courses Terms & Conditions

All interns, trainees, and course participants must comply with the policies, procedures, ethical standards, and professional requirements of IMAHRKMI. Enrollment in any internship, training program, certification course, workshop, or short course constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Required Documents

• Valid CNIC, National ID Card, Passport, or equivalent identification document.

• Academic degrees, transcripts, certifications, and professional credentials (where applicable).

• Updated Resume/CV.

• Recent passport-size photographs.

• All submitted documents must be authentic, accurate, and verifiable.

• Submission of forged, altered, fake, misleading, or fraudulent documents may result in immediate termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

2. Registration, Admission & Fees

• Admission is subject to approval and verification by IMAHRKMI.

• Registration and admission fees are mandatory and strictly non-refundable.

• All fees must be paid on or before the specified due date.

• Failure to pay fees by the prescribed deadline may result in suspension, cancellation of enrollment, or withholding of certificates.

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to revise course fees, schedules, and policies when necessary.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Attendance in all scheduled classes, training sessions, supervision meetings, assignments, and activities is mandatory.

• Repeated absences may result in suspension, dismissal, or disqualification from certification.

• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be marked absent.

• Minimum attendance requirements must be fulfilled to qualify for certification.

4. Missed Classes & Incomplete Programs

• If a participant misses a lecture, class, training session, workshop, or supervision session, it will not be repeated individually.

• IMAHRKMI is not obligated to provide make-up classes, private sessions, recordings, or repeat lectures for missed content.

• Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions.

• If a participant voluntarily leaves, withdraws, or discontinues an internship or course before completion, no refund will be issued.

• Participants who discontinue a program and later wish to continue must apply for admission again and pay all applicable fees as a new applicant.

• Previous enrollment does not guarantee reinstatement or credit transfer.

5. Examination, Assessment & Certification

• Successful completion of all required assignments, assessments, examinations, presentations, projects, and evaluations is mandatory.

• Certificates will not be issued solely on the basis of attendance.

• Participants must successfully pass all required tests, evaluations, and competency assessments.

• No certificate, recommendation letter, completion letter, internship verification, or professional endorsement will be issued unless all academic and administrative requirements have been fulfilled.

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to withhold certificates if attendance, performance, conduct, assessment, or fee requirements are not met.

6. Dress Code & Professional Appearance

• White coat, professional attire, or designated uniform may be required depending on the program.

• Participants must maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

• Inappropriate dress or unprofessional appearance may result in disciplinary action.

7. Professional Conduct & Ethics

• Participants must maintain professionalism, respect, honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct at all times.

• Respect toward faculty members, supervisors, trainers, staff, patients, clients, and fellow participants is mandatory.

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, abusive language, misconduct, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Any form of disrespect toward management, trainers, supervisors, or organizational representatives may result in immediate dismissal.

8. Mobile Phone & Classroom Policy

• Mobile phones should remain silent during classes, training sessions, and meetings.

• Participants must avoid activities that disrupt the learning environment.

• Unauthorized audio recording, video recording, photography, or screen capturing is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Patient information, case discussions, organizational records, training materials, and internal communications must remain confidential.

• Participants may not disclose, copy, share, distribute, publish, or misuse confidential information.

• Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All lectures, presentations, manuals, training materials, course content, videos, slides, assignments, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of IMAHRKMI.

• Participants may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, publish, upload, or use educational content for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Unauthorized use of organizational content, branding, logos, or materials may result in legal action.

11. Use of Organization Name & Reputation

• Participants may not use the name, logo, branding, reputation, projects, programs, or affiliations of IMAHRKMI for personal, commercial, political, or promotional purposes without written authorization.

• False representation of affiliation with IMAHRKMI is strictly prohibited.

12. Disciplinary Actions

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or remove any participant without prior notice for violations of policies, misconduct, unethical behavior, fake documentation, confidentiality breaches, or non-payment of fees.

• Serious violations may be reported to relevant institutions, employers, licensing authorities, or regulatory bodies where applicable.

13. Liability Disclaimer

• IMAHRKMI shall not be responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, damage to personal property, technical failures, internet disruptions, or any indirect losses during participation in its programs.

• Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own responsibility.

14. Policy Amendments

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to modify, update, revise, interpret, or enforce these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. Acceptance of Terms

• Enrollment in any internship, training program, certification course, workshop, webinar, or short course confirms that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms, conditions, policies, and procedures of IMAHRKMI.
