After Submitting Your Registration Form

Once you submit your registration form, our admin team will review your application. If your form is approved, you will receive an official confirmation email containing:

  • The complete event details

  • Date & timing

  • Joining link (Zoom/Google Meet)

  • Additional instructions for the session

After your workshop or webinar is successfully completed, you will receive your American- Certificate within one week, directly via email.

Important: Please enter your correct and active email address in the form. This is crucial because your certificate, joining link, and all official communication will be sent to that email. If you enter an incorrect email, you may not receive your certificate.

    Workshop / Webinar Guidelines

    1. Eligibility: Only students or professionals with final academic degrees may register.

    2. Punctuality: Join 10 minutes early and attend full session for certification.

    3. Conduct: Maintain respectful and professional behavior.

    4. Technical Setup: Ensure stable internet, camera, and mic.

    5. Privacy: Recording or screenshots are prohibited.

    6. Materials: For personal use only.

    7. Organizer Rights: May modify or cancel event if necessary.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Accuracy: All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. The organizers reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

    2. Eligibility: Registration is subject to verification and approval. Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any applicant without providing a reason.

    3. Confirmation: Registration confirmation and event access details will be sent via email after successful verification and, where applicable, payment confirmation.

    4. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend the webinar, workshop, training session, or event in full. Attendance requirements may apply for certificates, continuing education credits, or other recognitions.

    5. Certificate Eligibility: Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet all attendance, participation, and payment requirements established by the organizers.

    6. Certificate Payment Policy: Certificates are issued only to participants who have completed the certificate fee payment before the scheduled webinar, workshop, or event. Requests for certificates related to past events will not be accepted if payment was made after the event date. Any fees paid after an event for the purpose of obtaining a certificate from a previously concluded webinar, workshop, or program are non-refundable, and no certificate will be issued for such requests.

    7. Payments: All registration fees, certificate fees, donations, and administrative charges are non-refundable unless the event is canceled directly by the organizers.

    8. Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, late attendance, scheduling conflicts, technical limitations on the participant's side, or voluntary withdrawal from the event.

    9. Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behavior throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, disruptive conduct, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

    10. Respect for Speakers and Participants: Offensive comments, personal attacks, intimidation, threats, or disrespectful communication toward speakers, organizers, moderators, staff members, or fellow participants will not be tolerated.

    11. Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative, educational, certification, communication, and organizational purposes in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

    12. Confidentiality: Participants must respect the confidentiality of discussions, case examples, patient-related content, and any sensitive information shared during the event.

    13. Recording Restrictions: Unauthorized recording, screen capturing, photographing, live streaming, downloading, sharing, reproducing, or distributing event content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

    14. Intellectual Property: All presentations, slides, educational materials, recordings, handouts, documents, graphics, branding, and event content remain the exclusive intellectual property of the organizers and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written authorization.

    15. Use of Event Materials: Event materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be republished, sold, shared publicly, or incorporated into other programs without permission.

    16. Media Consent: By participating, you acknowledge that portions of the event may be recorded for educational, promotional, training, quality assurance, or archival purposes. Participation constitutes consent to appear in such recordings unless otherwise prohibited by law.

    17. Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access, compatible devices, software, and audio/video capabilities necessary for participation.

    18. Technical Issues: Organizers are not responsible for interruptions, connectivity problems, equipment failures, software issues, power outages, or technical difficulties experienced by participants.

    19. Schedule Changes: Organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, speakers, content, formats, platforms, timings, or program structures without prior notice when necessary.

    20. Event Cancellation: Organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

    21. Speaker Opinions: Views expressed by speakers, presenters, or guests are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of the organizers.

    22. Professional Disclaimer: Educational content provided during the event is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice for specific individual situations.

    23. Removal Rights: Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event, online platform, communication group, or future programs without refund if policies are violated.
