All paid internship fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance or personal change of schedule. Once you register and your form is approved, your seat is officially reserved.

✔ Correct Email Is Mandatory
Your e-certificate, event link, confirmation message, and official communication will be sent to the email you enter in the form. Please enter a valid, correct, and active email address. If you give the wrong email, you will not receive your certificate.

✔ Certificate Delivery Timeline
Your official American e-certificate will be emailed to you within one week after the internship is completed.

✔ Complete the Form Fully
Forms with missing or incorrect information may be rejected. You must fill out all required fields without leaving anything blank.

✔ Task Completion Requirement
If you are selected for an internship, you must complete the tasks, assignments, and attendance requirements assigned to you. Non-serious participants will be removed.

✔ Professional Behavior Required
Disrespect, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior toward any senior doctor, psychologist, or member of our team will not be tolerated. Such applicants may be removed without warning.

✔ Approval Process
After you submit your form, our admin team will review your application. If your form is approved, you will receive an official confirmation email with:

Internship Rules & Regulations

All interns must follow the rules, policies, and professional standards of IMAHRKMI.

1. Required Documents

All academic degrees and CNIC/ID.
Passport-size photographs.
Updated resume/CV.

2. Dress Code

White coat and proper uniform are mandatory.
Interns must maintain a professional appearance at all times.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

Attendance is compulsory; repeated absence may lead to cancellation of internship.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be marked absent.

4. Admission & Fees

Admission/registration fee is required and non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

Mobile phones must be switched off during training/class hours.
No outsiders or visitors are allowed during internship hours.
Interns must respect staff, patients, and fellow interns.

6. Confidentiality

Interns are strictly prohibited from sharing patient information, records, or hospital data outside the institution.
Any breach of confidentiality will result in termination.

7. Work Ethics

Interns must complete all assigned tasks and maintain discipline.
Misbehavior, misconduct, or negligence will lead to dismissal.

8. Evaluation & Certification

Successful completion requires fulfilling attendance, performance, and conduct standards.
Certificates will only be awarded after approval from the management.

9. Liability

The hospital will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the internship.
