Internship & Online Short Courses Terms & Conditions

All interns, trainees, and participants enrolled in any online internship, certification program, training course, workshop, webinar, or short course offered by IMAHRKMI (The International Medical Allied Health Research Knowledge and Management Institute) must comply with the policies, procedures, ethical standards, and professional requirements established by the Institute.

Enrollment in any program constitutes full acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Required Documents

• Participants must submit the following documents where applicable:

• A valid National Identity Card (CNIC), Passport, National ID Card, or other government-issued identification.

• Academic degrees, transcripts, professional licenses, certifications, or other relevant credentials.

• An updated Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV).

• A recent passport-size photograph.

All submitted documents must be authentic, accurate, complete, and verifiable.

Submission of forged, altered, misleading, fake, or fraudulent documents may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and may also lead to legal or disciplinary action where applicable.

2. Registration, Admission & Fees

• Admission is subject to eligibility review, document verification, and approval by IMAHRKMI.

• Registration, admission, and administrative fees are mandatory and strictly non-refundable.

• All tuition fees and applicable charges must be paid on or before the specified due date.

• Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of access to classes, learning materials, examinations, certifications, or cancellation of enrollment.

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to revise tuition fees, schedules, policies, and program structures whenever necessary.

3. Attendance, Participation & Online Learning Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to actively participate in all scheduled online classes, live sessions, supervision meetings, assignments, discussions, assessments, and educational activities.

• Repeated absences, prolonged inactivity, or failure to participate may result in suspension, dismissal, or disqualification from certification.

• Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, appropriate devices, and access to the required online learning platforms.

• Minimum attendance and participation requirements must be fulfilled in order to qualify for certification.

4. Missed Classes, Recorded Lectures & Incomplete Programs

• Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled live sessions.

• If a participant misses a live class, lecture, supervision session, workshop, or training session, IMAHRKMI is under no obligation to repeat the lecture individually or provide an additional live session.

• Because IMAHRKMI is an international organization serving participants from multiple countries and time zones, it is not feasible for faculty members or senior instructors to repeat the same lecture separately for participants in different regions.

• Accordingly, certain lectures, training sessions, or educational modules may be provided as professionally recorded lectures.

• Participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • Watching and completing assigned recorded lectures is entirely the participant's responsibility.

  • Recorded lectures shall be considered an official part of the educational program and carry the same academic value as scheduled sessions where applicable.

  • Recorded lectures will not be repeated or re-recorded upon individual request.

  • No objections or complaints regarding the use of recorded lectures based on geographical location or time-zone differences shall be accepted.

• Whenever appropriate, a qualified physician, faculty member, supervisor, or designated IMAHRKMI team member may be available following the recorded lecture or during scheduled discussion sessions to answer participants' academic questions, clarify concepts, and provide educational guidance.

• If a participant voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or abandons a program before completion, no refund shall be issued.

• Participants wishing to resume a discontinued program must submit a new application and pay all applicable fees as a new applicant.

• Previous enrollment does not guarantee reinstatement, credit transfer, or continuation of prior academic progress.

5. Examination, Assessment & Certification

• Successful completion of all required assignments, examinations, quizzes, projects, presentations, practical activities, competency assessments, and evaluations is mandatory.

• Certificates will not be issued solely on the basis of attendance.

• Participants must successfully satisfy all academic, professional, administrative, and financial requirements before becoming eligible for certification.

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to withhold certificates, recommendation letters, internship completion letters, verification letters, transcripts, or professional endorsements if attendance, performance, conduct, assessment, documentation, or financial obligations remain incomplete.

6. Online Classroom Etiquette & Professional Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout all online educational activities.

• Participants must:

  • Join live sessions on time whenever attendance is required.

  • Use respectful and professional language during all interactions.

  • Follow instructions provided by faculty members and moderators.

  • Avoid disruptive behavior during online classes.

  • Maintain appropriate professional conduct during video conferences, discussion forums, and virtual meetings.

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to remove any participant from an online session for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Professional Conduct & Ethics

• Participants shall maintain professionalism, honesty, integrity, respect, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.

• Respect toward faculty members, supervisors, instructors, staff, patients, clients, organizational representatives, and fellow participants is mandatory.

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, abusive language, threats, misconduct, academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Any conduct that damages the professional environment or reputation of IMAHRKMI may result in immediate dismissal.

8. Online Platform & Digital Communication Policy

• Participants must keep microphones muted unless instructed otherwise.

• Unauthorized audio recording, video recording, photography, screenshots, screen recording, screen sharing, copying, downloading, or distribution of online classes is strictly prohibited.

• Participants must not share meeting links, login credentials, passwords, or access information with unauthorized individuals.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Patient information, clinical discussions, educational materials, internal communications, organizational records, research data, and confidential information must remain strictly confidential.

• Participants shall not disclose, copy, distribute, publish, share, reproduce, or misuse confidential information in any form.

• Violation of confidentiality obligations may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All lectures, recorded lectures, live sessions, presentations, manuals, educational materials, videos, slides, assignments, examinations, case discussions, and course content remain the exclusive intellectual property of IMAHRKMI.

• Participants may not reproduce, record, copy, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, sell, or commercially exploit any educational material without prior written authorization.

• Unauthorized use of IMAHRKMI's educational content, branding, trademarks, logos, or intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Use of Organization Name & Reputation

• Participants shall not use the name, logo, trademarks, branding, affiliations, faculty names, projects, or reputation of IMAHRKMI for personal, commercial, political, marketing, or promotional purposes without prior written approval.

• False or misleading representation of affiliation with IMAHRKMI is strictly prohibited.

12. Disciplinary Actions

• IMAHRKMI reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or remove any participant without prior notice for violations of institutional policies, unethical conduct, academic misconduct, fake documentation, confidentiality breaches, intellectual property violations, disruptive behavior, or non-payment of fees.

• Where appropriate, serious violations may be reported to employers, academic institutions, licensing authorities, regulatory bodies, or other relevant organizations.

13. Liability Disclaimer

• IMAHRKMI shall not be responsible for internet outages, technical failures, software issues, power interruptions, hardware malfunctions, personal equipment failures, cybersecurity incidents beyond its reasonable control, personal injury, illness, theft, property loss, or any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in its programs.

• Participation in all programs is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own responsibility.

14. Policy Amendments

• IMAHRKMI reserves the exclusive right to revise, amend, interpret, update, replace, or enforce these Terms and Conditions, institutional policies, academic requirements, and operational procedures at any time without prior notice.

15. Acceptance of Terms

• Enrollment in any internship, certification program, online training course, workshop, webinar, continuing education program, or short course offered by IMAHRKMI confirms that the participant:

  • Has carefully read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

  • Voluntarily agrees to comply with all institutional policies and procedures.

  • Accepts the use of live sessions, recorded lectures, online educational resources, and virtual learning methods as part of the academic program.

  • Understands that recorded lectures may be used because IMAHRKMI delivers educational programs internationally across multiple countries and time zones.

  • Agrees that recorded lectures shall not be repeated individually and that completion of assigned recorded lectures is the participant's own responsibility.
